Location:
• 100 Miles west of Sioux Falls, SD on Interstate 90
• 35 Miles east of the Missouri River
• 35 Miles west of Cabelas'

Directions:
• I-90 west for 100 miles MAP 1
• Take exit 296 at White Lake
• Turn right at 296, drive 1/4 mile until you reach Highway 16
   MAP 2
• At Highway 16, turn left; drive 4 miles until you reach 370th Ave.
• Turn right on 370th Ave. drive 4.5 miles
• Turn left into Mid-Dakota Lodge MAP 3
• If you get to 247th St., you went too far!

Airports:
Sioux Falls provides the largest airport in the region and is serviced by United, Northwest, TWA, and all major car rental companies. Mitchell airport is available for those arriving by private plane.

Joe & Paulena Hanten and Family:  Mid Dakota Pheasant Lodge
is run entirely by our family. I, Joe Hanten, am the owner and guide. My wife Paulena is the primary chef. We have 4 children: Rachel 20, Jordan 17, Brandon 14, and Luke 12. Everyone helps out by cleaning birds, guiding when needed and helping around the lodge.
